Laser Cut Paper Series

Using archival paper and laser cutting technology, paper is transformed to resemble woven fabric. It is cut line-by-line, almost shredded, leaving the strands of warp threads. Fringing and fraying is produced and areas of paper are left intact to reveal repetitive, geometric patterns.
